Every traditional gelato begins with a base built differently from standard ice cream — less air, more flavour density, and a silkier texture from the very first bite. We use authentic Italian methods and adapt them to our own signature compositions.
We source iconic ingredients from Italy and work alongside trusted local Macedonian producers. No artificial colours, no unnecessary additives — only what the recipe needs to be at its best.
VENTI partners exclusively with boutique cafés, restaurants, and hotels across Macedonia. We are selective by design — our range is not available everywhere, and that is intentional. We offer unique gelato and frozen desserts in curated, beautiful spaces. We bring the product and the presentation.
